These recognitions demonstrate the real and constant commitment of our companies to implement a series of responsible policies in terms of sustainability, quality, environment, safety, responsible sourcing and ethics. The aim is to achieve operational excellence to ensure customer satisfaction.

ISO CERTIFICATIONS

ISO 9001 – FOR HIGHER QUALITY SERVICE & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
The ISO 9001 standard is essentially related to the principles of quality management, attesting to its strong customer orientation and its approach to continuous improvement. As a real source of progress and a guarantee of organizational quality, this certification shows the Crealis Group’s ambition to maintain and reinforce a high-performance global service in order to guarantee the long-term satisfaction of our customers, employees and partners. 

All our production sites in Europe and Oceania are ISO 9001 certified. 

ISO 14001 – FOR A “GREENER” WORLD
Crealis has set sustainable development as one of its major pillars of development. Indeed, keen to reduce our ecological footprint and reassure our customers and partners with a growing ecological consciousness, we have decided to engage in environmental management by formalizing our eco-responsible policy. So, by obtaining the ISO 14001 standard, Crealis demonstrates its commitment to adopt a sustainable approach in controlling the impact of its activities and products on the environment.

One production site in Italy (Ivrea, TO) and one site in France (Dizy, Champagne region) are certified ISO 14001.

ISO 45001- FOR A SAFER WORK ENVIRONMENT
Because we place people at the heart of our considerations, Crealis is committed to ensuring and continually improving the well-being and safety of all its employees in the work environment. Thus, the ISO 45001 standard represents the concrete expression of the group’s daily efforts to limit professional risks, improve working conditions and preserve the health and safety of the business environment.

Our four production sites in France (Dizy, Oiry & Hendaye) are certified ISO 45001.

ECOVADIS CERTIFICATION

At Crealis, we see corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a key performance lever and a driver for innovation. In this perspective and to reinforce our commitment to sustainable development, we wanted to go even further by submitting our environmental and social policy to the evaluation of Ecovadis, the reference platform for CSR and sustainable procurement performance assessment.

This approach enabled us to win three silver medals between 2022 & 2023. Indeed, in 2023 one of our sites in France (Crealis France in Dizy) won a new silver medal. In 2022, it was the turn of two sites in Italy (Crealis SpA in Bodio Lomnago & Crealis Pe.Di in Ivrea) to win silver. That same year, our site in Spain (Crealis Iberia, Lapuebla de Labarca) also won a bronze medal. This evaluation places our entities Crealis France, Crealis SpA and Crealis Pe.Di respectively among the top 25% of companies worldwide that have carried out this evaluation, and Crealis Iberia among the top 50%. A distinction that provides a strong answer to the issue of the ethical responsibility of the company in general and the place that a group such as Crealis must occupy in the capsules and closures industry. A certification that we want to extend to all the group’s brands.

FSSC 22000

Particularly concerned by the safety of beverage products and the quality of our closures solutions, we have obtained the FSSC 22000 certification which recognizes quality and safety for the control of our crown cap manufacturing chain. This standard is internationally renowned by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) and is based on the principles of the ISO 22000 standard. 

This achievement enables our customers and partners to rely on a trusted supplier with a robust and efficient management system that meets their operational needs while offering the highest guarantees of quality and product safety.
