SYMBIOSIS®
Designed for a green tomorrow: primarily made of paper FSC combined with aluminum.
By revisiting one of the most traditional and sustainable materials – Paper – and combining it with the durable Aluminum, Symbiosis® sets a new standard in sustainable packaging.
Completely plastic-free and made predominantly of paper, Symbiosis® is the new concept for sparkling wine packaging, designed to reduce CO2 emissions.

- ‘Symbiosis ensures a CO2 reduction of 30%*¹ if compared to an equivalent foil made from Derma75 or -15%*² if compared to the latest evolution named Derma75 L (already reducing CO2).

This assessment compares Derma 75 Premium foil*¹ and Derma 75L Premium foil*² with Symbiosis® Foil with paper top, using a standard size Premium sparkling foil (diameter 34mm, taper 1/8, length 120mm). The focus is on the Global Warming Potential (GWP), specifically analyzing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions through the IPCC 2021 GWP100 model, which includes CO2 uptake.
