As a first move forward on ESG in 2022, we have initiated our first Materiality Assessment in line with GRI Standards. The Materiality Assessment is the foundation for our ESG strategy, with the purpose to identify and prioritize the strategic Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors. Meaning the factors that are the most relevant to the group (employees, direction) and our stakeholders (our customers, suppliers, communities, authorities & regulators, industry partners and associations, investors, business & innovation partners).
